Oliver Völckers from BeST took part in the workshop on the future of industrial work in Stuttgart. 29 participants, mostly with international management experience, worked out scenarios for the transformation. Will there be deindustrialisation? Which productions are under threat, which will gain in importance in Germany? Which qualifications are in demand?
